Advising and Registration

Advising Begins October 21, 2024
Some departments may begin advising earlier. Check with the department of your major for their advising schedule. Make an appointment to see your on-campus advisor as soon as possible. You advisor’s contact information can be found on your student profile or on DegreeWorks. See your athletic counselor if you need assistance getting in contact with your on-campus advisor.

Priority Registration opens Monday, November 4th, 2024.

Tips for Successful Advising & Registration
- Make your advising appointment. Mark the date on your calendar and show up on time!
- Go to your appointment with a list of classes you want to take. Check co/pre-requisites in current catalog. See your athletic counselor if you need assistance.
- Use your resources, such as DegreeWorks and the course catalog, to cross check your selections. This will ensure you do not schedule duplicate courses and will help you determine alternate and/or elective courses.
- Check with your coach to determine practice and workout schedules.
- Bring your completed advising form (signed by your on-campus advisor) to your academic counselor in SAAS
