Prospective Student-Athletes

We are excited that you are interested in becoming a Ragin' Cajun! The University of Louisiana at Lafayette expects great things from all our student-athletes and the Student-Athlete Academic Center (SAAC) is designed to provide the support you need to help balance your academic and athletic goals.

During recruiting visits, which are coordinated by head coaches and recruiting coordinators for each team, you may have an opportunity to visit with one of our academic counselors. The counselors will discuss pertinent information, including academic policies, general education and testing requirements. You will also learn about our various academic support services available to all student-athletes.
