Ragin' Cajun Life
CHAMPS Cup Award
The NCAA’s Student-Athlete Affairs Program, which originated as the CHAMPS Life Skills program in 1991 seeks to provide a total development program for student-athletes. In 2007, we implemented the CHAMPS Cup Award to honor the team who earned the most points by participating in all CHAMPS Life Skills Events. In addition to attending these events, teams received points for outside community service projects, academics, athletic performance, and for supporting their fellow athletes.
The best way to experience Ragin' Cajun Life is to visit the campus.
The University offers weekday tours, once-a-month Saturday tours, and Preview Days.
